Teaching

I have developed extensive experience as a vocal instructor in diverse teaching environments, allowing me to become extremely flexible and sensitive to pupils’ aims and potential. Both in classroom  and in one-to-one tutorials, I aim to create with my pupils a fruitful exchange of ideas. Constant recall to my own experience as a performer  enhances my ability to evaluate my students’ learning needs and to communicate my instructions.

We never finish learning. When I teach, I keep an open mind while observing and instructing my pupils. Singing is experimenting, researching, feeling the sounds in our body and finding their best quality. I assist my pupils in such personal research, providing technical directions and imaginative inspiration.
